WOW! I came to the first Synergy open gym after being on another allstar cheerleading team and decided that this was where I needed to be! I joined after coming to a few open gyms in the fall and was soooo psyched when we finally got teams together and practices started. After having a routine for only five weeks, and winning first place at our first competition, I began loving it even more. This is an AMAZING team and I love everyone that I've met through Synergy. Coaches - ya'll are so awesome and have taught us all so much! I love that everyone is so supportive and encouraging and driven to work hard. I wanna thank everyone in my stunt groups especially for helping stick our stunts! Thanks Livvy, Carissa, Rikki, Kaitlin, Hallee, Britney LaShier, and Britney King! Synergy has been the best time I've ever had doing any sport at all, and I hope to continue cheering here for a looong time!

I used to be on another allstar team. I came to an open gym with Synergy Allstars and when me and my mom turned onto Starkey Road I turned to my mom and said, "It feels like I was lost and now it feels like I've been found." I almost started crying. As I walked into the gym where alot of my friends were, I definitely came to realize Synergy Allstars was the place that I needed to be at. A week after the open gym, I joined and it definitely felt right. About the middle of December, Synergy Allstars got our routine. Our routine was freaking awesome! Just having five weeks to make it perfect, we went to our first competition as a team and came out with FIRST PLACE and we were going against two of the top teams in Virginia. Then I really knew Synergy Allstars was the right place to be at! Ever since then I have had the time of my life. The coachs, staff, parents, and the athletes are great. We all love each other and are definitely having the time of our lives together as a team. As the days go by we come together more and more as a family and have grown closer and closer to each other. The coachs, staff, and the athletes have taught me so much and I'm so happy that I have them to teach me stuff that I need to know. I LOVE SYNERGY ALLSTARS WITH ALL MY HEART! I definitely know that the relationships that I have at Synergy Allstars will never leave me. I know all the friendships that I've made will be with me until I die. Now I know when I want to do competitive cheerleading, I know the team that I will come to is definitely...SYNERGY ALLSTARS!

I would just like to say how great the new cheerleading team Synergy has come along, our routine is great and our coaches are the best! I have been cheerleading for all-stars for two years and Katie and Alex have been my coaches for both years! When I was with another team last year we did great at all of our competitions, and I know we will do GREAT this year at Baltimore! I hope that I can be a competitive cheerleader once again for synergy next year!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and for a long time later on. I only new Livvy, Ray Ray, Rachel and Karin when I came but since we've been on synergy I made a bunch of new best friends and everyone on this team is great!!!!!!!!!! And I really want to thank Carissa, Emily, and Rikki for being patient with me when I started basing because I used to always only back. Thanx to everyone on synergy for joining this team and we will do great at nationals!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love being on Synergy! I have learned so much so fast! When i first came to Synergy, i could barely do an elevator; it freaked me out! In such a short period of time, since November, I have learned many new things. Some new stunts i learned are: scorpions, scales, heelstretches, bow & arrow, and soooo much more! I finally got my double down, and I'm so excited!! And with tumbling, I have my roundoff backhandspring on spring floor and almost on regular floor. My Jumps are finally hyper extended. I'm having fun in cheer and dance, too, and I owe it all to my wonderful coaches! Coach Katie and Coach Alex have been such a help to me, training me carefully and giving me helpful hints. I want to thank them so much for everything they've done. They have turned our whole team into a Champion team! I'm sure the other teams are benefitting greatly from their efforts also. I'm also very grateful to my team members, who've all been very supportive and friendly. Now Synergy is one big family! I love everybody on the team(s) but I want to give a special thanks to my stunt group, Emily Craft, Livvy Williams, Rikki Wise, and Kaitlin Agee for helping me learn new things. Emily and Livvy have always done well on basing the stunts, and I feel solid in the air. Rikki is sure to catch me if I fall, and I thank her for that. Kaitlin catches me if I fall forward, and it helps. The rest of Synergy is awesome and I love you guys! I'm so glad I joined Synergy; it is so great!

I have cheered on several all star cheerleading teams and Synergy has definitely been my favorite! Synergy has helped raise my self esteem and I have learned a lot! I got my round off back handspring and lots of other skills and I have made wonderful friends! Coach Katie and Coach Alex are great! You both have been there for me and have motivated me to be a great cheerleader! You have helped me get new skills and feel proud about myself! I also don't know what I would do without my friends, Emily, Rikki, Carrissa, and Kaitlyn! You girls are the best stunt group I've ever had and I enjoy every minute with you guys! Jordan is also a good friend! He motivates me to do my best and we have a lot of fun together! Every one on the team is very supportive of each other and that is what I like most. We all get along and that is a very special thing. It is really amazing the way that we have gotten so close with everyone, even though we started so late into the year, and also won our competitions! I can't wait until next year, with even more practice we will be even better! The best Roanoke has ever seen! We rock! Go Synergy!
